Many people seemed surprised by Juanelo’s selfless actions in strip 1163, to the point of asking if we were actually seeing Antijuanelo in disguise… Oh ye of little faith!

Here we give you further proof of Juanelo’s capacity for noble deeds: these photos were taken by our friend Joaquín in the Chilean town of La Serena, at the entrance of a collection point for aid supplies for the victims of the earthquake.

You see? A few apologies are called for! In fact, such was Juanelo’s commitment that he was the FIRST to give chase when a looter (dressed entirely in white, apparently) started taking supplies out of the back door! He must have been very determined to catch the miscreant, as he still hasn’t returned…
